Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Analyst – IT Vendor Management to join our IT and Finance Operations team. The role focuses on managing end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes, vendor lifecycle management, financial operations, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong procurement, finance and vendor management skills, along with hands-on experience in ERP systems and enterprise tools and a keen understanding of contracts, pricing and IT asset management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) activities with efficiency and accuracy.
Oversee vendor management including evaluation, onboarding, documentation and compliance.
Lead sourcing, procurement and negotiation for IT assets across hardware, software and services.
Demonstrate accounts payable expertise: invoice processing, payment scheduling, payment terms and payment modes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Legal, Business, Technology, Finance and Operations.
Handle stakeholder management ensuring timely communication and alignment; prepare and present weekly procurement and financial status reports to management.
Support financial planning & analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
Manage contract renewals, pricing models, telecom service procurement and IT asset management.
Maintain accurate procurement documentation and adhere to compliance and audit standards.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in science or commerce (B.Sc / B. Com).
6–8 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting and procurement functions.
Proven expertise in procurement, vendor management and financial operations.
