Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Optionally, the parties may agree in a separate contract to resolve disputes through confidential arbitration under applicable rules; in the event of conflict, the contract will govern.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, utility failures, or internet outages.
Entire Agreement & Severability
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional notices or terms posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement regarding Site use. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
